Field Day

*UPDATE from Mrs. Ford

Mr. Seward and I have been monitoring the weather and our TES fields/ lawns for most of the day to determine the plan for tomorrow's field day. Most of the TES outdoor spaces are flooded. There is standing water on the back upper field and the entire front lawn. In the interest of safety and an uncertain forecast we have decided to hold most of the field day events indoors. There will be some outdoor stations on the blacktop weather permitting.

Visitors must sign in prior to attending any field day events at one of our two sign in stations. Station 1 will be located under the covered area by the blacktop and station 2 will be just inside door number 5 (the door near the cafeteria that we use for the book fair).

Class picnics are canceled for tomorrow. Students should bring a packed lunch to school (unless you ordered a field day lunch through the cafeteria). Please do not bring a take out lunch for your child, as we will not be able to deliver lunches.Students will eat lunch with their teachers and classmates in their classrooms. We apologize, but due to space challenges parents may not stay for lunch.
