Sponsorship
We are so grateful to many TES family-owned businesses and other local businesses who generously support our school. Your generosity helps the TES PTA offer enrichment opportunities in our children’s classrooms; art, P.E., and other school supplies; grade level musicals; an angel fund to support students who need additional resources; and so much more!
Our event sponsorship opportunities include:
Turkey Trot
Sunday, November 15, 2026 from 1-2:30pm
Estimated Attendance: 200 students plus their families
Sponsorship Deadline: Friday, October 30
Event Lead: Bobbie Lou Oley
This event begins with a fun warm-up and then several waves of TES student runners grouped by grade level participate in a fun run around the school and surrounding neighborhood.

Fifth Grade Basketball Tournament
Tuesday, March 9, 2027 from 5-8pm
Estimated Attendance: 300 students plus their families
Event Lead: Lauren Hauk
This event takes place in the Freeman High School gym. The main attraction is a basketball tournament with four teams of TES 5th graders, but everyone is included in the fun: K-2nd graders do a spirit dance, 3-4th graders compete in a free throw contest, and parents and teachers play a game of knockout.

Spring Fling
Saturday, April 24, 2027 from 10am-2pm
Estimated Attendance: 1,500 students, families, other community members
Event Lead: Lauren Noonkester
This is our largest event of the year — it takes over the entire TES school grounds and is attended by most TES families as well as other community members. It includes bounce houses, petting zoo, games, prizes, concessions, and more!
$500 Silver Sponsorship includes logo on collective sponsor signage; social media recognition; complimentary event punch cards
$1,000 Gold Sponsorship includes logo on collective sponsor signage and volunteer event shirt; social media recognition; complimentary event punch cards; opportunity for company banner or table (company provided)
TES Community Partner
This is our premier sponsorship opportunity!
$2,500 Community Partnership includes coverage at each of our three major events (logo on event shirts/signage); in our newsletter; on our website; and on social media (multiple posts throughout the year).
